The Minotaur

The Minotaur is a hideous creature. It eats living people because it thinks they are delicious.  People are scared of the Minotaur because it is going to eat them whole. Silently the minotaur  lays waiting for his prey. The Minotaur is a mysterious creature that lives under ground in a deep, dark, damp cave.   The Minotaur is half bull and half human.    He is big and strong and nobody can ever defeat the minotaur but Theseus can because he is strong. He fought the minotaur with his bare hands.

The Minotaur

The Minotaur has glowing eyes as red as blood.

Silently the beast moves as quickly as a flash with his dark brown stomping hooves. The Minotaur is a prisoner to King Minos of Crete. He feeds on human flesh to survive.

Although the Labyrinth is a dark, mysterious maze winding in different directions , he is still always kept in there. King Minos placed the maze underneath the palace of his to keep safe. The twisting turning maze walls are so damp it’s like water has been thrown all over them. It is pitch black down in the Labyrinth. In the Labyrinth the floor boards are wooden and every time you walk on them they give out a squeak and give you splinters.

The massive minotaur  ! !!

Secretly the minotaur hides waiting for his prey. The minotaur is half bull half man. He is trapped in a dark spooky labyrinth and he has nothing to eat except human flesh. The minotaur has all purple spikes on his back.

He has a really ugly face. He has really dirty feet and he has a really fat tummy but he only eats once a year. He never has a wash and he doesn’t have any clothes.

The labyrinth is a really dark and spooky place.Water drips from the ceiling and there is lots of mould on the ceiling.

    Hi 5JdV,
    Great descriptions of the ‘Minotaur!’
I certainly wouldn’t want to run in to him.
Do you know why he was imprisoned in the labyrinth?

The way you said that he had purple spikes on his back reminded my of the story of the Gruffalo. He also has purple spikes on his back.
