Wolf Assembly

Today was the long awaited date of our class assembly all about Wolves. We have done so much work on wolves this year that it seemed an obvious choice.

At the beginning of the year we used Pie Corbett’s ‘ Recipe for a wolf’ poem as a model to write our own. We read some of these out at the beginning of our assembly. We also wrote instructions about How to trap a Wolf.

We ended our assembly by telling the True Story of the Three Little Pigs by Jon Scieka. Thanks to Mrs Gurkan for making our fantastic houses.

And the poor wolf was taken away by the police!

 

We had a fantastic end to our assembly when we won the attendance trophy for having the highest class attendance over the past week.
