Our River Visit

The River Soar

 On Monday, 5JDV went to the River Soar to have a look. This picture shows the River Soar flowing through Leicester. Also in this picture there is an electricity pylon.

The river bank

This picture shows that on the far side on the bank you can see that the River has eroded the bank.

Sketching the river

 This picture shows that 5JDV are sketching the River and how it erodes on the River Bank

This photo shows how the bank has been eroded

[The river bank is being eroded by all of the fast water skimming the river bank. Eroding is where the fast water on the outside of the Rver breaks down the mud on the side of the River Bank.

Horses and swans

The horses started to come near us and one came so close and kissed Josh Carter on the lips. The horses were so cute and nice and so were the swans.
